We Love Your Dogs as Much as You Do! 🐾 Yes! We allow up to two dogs per cottage. For your convenience, our property features on-site dog kennel runs—intentionally built with your gun dogs in mind! Each kennel measures 4x8x6 feet, set on a concrete slab, and equipped with 55-gallon drums on each side, comfortable bedding, and a protective roof to keep your dogs safe and secure. Whether you're heading out for the day or winding down at night, these kennels are the perfect spot for your pups to relax. For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that: Dogs over 25 lbs stay in the complimentary kennel runs overnight. No dogs are allowed on the furniture. All dogs remain on a leash when around the property. Owners be mindful of noise levels to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone. We are a dog-friendly property and welcome up to two dogs per cottage. For guests traveling with hunting dogs, please be mindful of your dog’s condition after a day in the field. Yes! We built our game cleaning facility with anglers, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts in mind—providing a dedicated space to clean and prepare your fresh catch while enjoying time with family and friends. For your convenience, we provide cutting boards and game cleaning knife sets to make the process easier. To keep the facility clean and ready for all guests: Double-bag all game remnants and place them in the freezer inside the facility for proper disposal. Bags are provided. We appreciate your help in maintaining this well-equipped space for everyone to enjoy!

Jackson Duroc Cottages can accommodate up to 24 guests with flexible sleeping arrangements. We offer four cottages, each comfortably sleeping six guests. Each cottage features two bedrooms and one bathroom, with sleeping arrangements that include a Twin XL bed and a Twin XL bunk bed in each bedroom. We offer 4 Cottages that each sleep 6 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom per cottage. Each bedroom sleep 3 people feauturing a Twin XL bed and Twin XL Bunk Bed.

Yes! Our shared sauna is available for guests to enjoy. It comfortably seats up to 4 Adults. We Kindly Ask: Restricted to 18 and older use only. No food or beverages are allowed inside, except for water.

Smoking is only allowed outside the cottages. Smoking inside the Cottages, Sauna or Game-Cleaning Facility is prohibited. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the trash to help keep the property clean and enjoyable for all guests.
